FieldFrameApp.com ("we", "us") is owned and operated by C&D Holdings 2 LLC (D-U-N-S: 049727796). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
FieldFrame requests only the Google Drive drive.file scope, which lets it access just the files and folders FieldFrame creates or that you choose to open with it. It also requests your basic email and profile for sign-in. Your job photos are stored in your own Google Drive account, which you control.
When you generate an AI estimate, our backend temporarily processes your photos: it downloads them from your Drive and sends them to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis. We do not permanently store copies of your photos on our own servers. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
FieldFrame's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not allow people to read it unless you give consent, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized.
FieldFrame connects to your Jobber account only when you authorize it through Jobber's secure sign-in. When connected, FieldFrame reads the Jobber data needed for the features you use — such as clients, requests, jobs, and quotes — to show job context, find the right client, and label your photos. When you choose to, it also writes to your Jobber account: it creates quotes and adds notes, such as links to that job's photo folder in your Google Drive and the walkthrough transcript.
We use Jobber data only to provide FieldFrame to you and your team, and we do not sell it. When you generate an AI estimate for a Jobber client, that client's name, and the address when the Jobber request has one, are sent with your job notes to our AI provider (Anthropic) to draft the estimate. This information is not used to train AI models. We do not share Jobber data with any other third party.
The OAuth tokens that connect FieldFrame to Jobber are encrypted in our database, and our servers handle renewing them. Your Jobber data is visible only to members of your FieldFrame company.
When you disconnect Jobber — either in FieldFrame or from the FieldFrame listing in Jobber — we delete the stored tokens for that connection.
FieldFrame connects to a QuickBooks Online company only when an admin of that company authorizes it through Intuit's secure sign-in (OAuth). When connected, FieldFrame reads your QuickBooks customers so they appear in FieldFrame's client search, and it creates estimates in QuickBooks and reads their status.
We use QuickBooks data only to build and send estimates for that QuickBooks company. We do not sell QuickBooks data. When you generate an AI estimate for a client imported from QuickBooks, that client's name, address, phone number, and email are sent with your job notes to our AI provider (Anthropic) to draft the estimate. This information is not used to train AI models. We do not share QuickBooks data with any other third party.
The OAuth tokens that connect FieldFrame to QuickBooks are stored on our servers and encrypted at rest. They are never sent to the FieldFrame mobile app. When QuickBooks issues a new refresh token, we always save the newest one. Our servers are hosted by Render in the United States, and all connections use HTTPS.
When you disconnect QuickBooks in FieldFrame, we revoke FieldFrame's access at Intuit and delete the stored tokens. If you disconnect from within QuickBooks, Intuit revokes FieldFrame's access immediately, and we delete the stored tokens the next time FieldFrame contacts QuickBooks.
We don't sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run FieldFrame, under contract: hosting (Render), AI analysis (Anthropic), and analytics. We also share data with the services you choose to connect (Google Drive, Jobber, and QuickBooks Online).
We protect your data with these safeguards:
No online service is 100% secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you as required by law.
When you disconnect Jobber, Google Drive, or QuickBooks Online in FieldFrame, we delete the stored tokens for that connection. For Google Drive, we also revoke FieldFrame's access at Google. You can also revoke Google access at any time in your Google Account under "Third-party access." To delete your account and associated data, email support@fieldframeapp.com from the address on your account.
Payment information is processed securely by Apple. FieldFrame does not store credit card details. Subscription status and billing information are managed through Apple's systems and your Apple Account.
